Charlene Niederhelman

Director of Operations

Charlene is our Director of Operations. She is responsible for the coordination of all facets and departments of Lineweaver Financial Group, including marketing, customer service, underwriting and event planning. Charlene also oversees the Accounting and Human Resource departments. She is the media coordinator for the radio and television appearances made by the firm’s financial consultants.

Charlene earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University and has an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Her previous work experience was in the fields of banking and investments. She has been an active volunteer member of many organizations, often in the leadership role, throughout the years her children were in school. She continues her volunteer work on the Church Worship Commission.
