Salesforce Administrator

As Salesforce Administrator, Wesley is responsible for finding creative solutions to business challenges by customizing the Salesforce Platform, delivering value, and enabling users to get the most out of the technology. She is excited to bring her experience to Lineweaver Financial Group, creating a judgment-free environment where team members can be empowered. 

Wesley earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design and Production—Stage Management from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, beginning her professional career as a stage manager for Cirque du Soleil and Blue Man Group in Las Vegas. She now holds five Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, and Pardot Specialist. Most recently, she was a Senior Business Analyst, solving client needs by designing effective and efficient solutions for B2B manufacturers.

Wesley lives in Beachwood with her husband, dog, and parrot. In her free time, she loves to be outside—long-distance running, hiking in Cleveland’s Metroparks, gardening—or reading a good sci-fi novel.
